Booking terms and conditions by the client,

The client understands that Fredericka may refuse treatment of the client, should this be contra-indicated by any health, safety or well being conditions of either the client or therapist.

Fredericka reserves the right to refuse or discontinue or defer treatment of any client. Examples of this include: 
1, Clients being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2, Clients withholding or not providing information relevant to treatment.
3, if the clients words, actions or behaviour are inappropriate or sexual in nature.
4, if the client is threatening, aggressive or in any way poses a risk to the therapist.

The client understands that Sports massage is not to replace any medical treatment.

The client understands that medical information requested will be stored as per GDPR guidelines to ensure the therapist has the relevant information to ensure  minimising potential risk to the client.

The client understands that the nature of sports massage, may result in soreness after treatment and occasionally localised bruising. The client always has the right to to ask the therapist to reduce pressure of massage or stop treatment  if they  request.

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations of less than 24hrs  will incur a 50%  of the treatment price being charged. Clients who do not attend appointments without notification of the therapist will incur a 100% fee charge.

Late attendance 
Unfortunately clients who are late , will  have their appointment time shortened to maintain the pre-arranged end point of appointment.
